1. Overview
Cognimab Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality live IT training. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed this refund policy to be fair to both students and our institution.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions: • 100% refund — if you raise a request within the first 7 days of your batch start date. For example: if the batch start date is 10th June, you must raise the request by 16th June by 11:59 PM IST. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund claim. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@cognimab.com.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases: • The student has completed more than one week of training • The student has accessed course materials, recordings, or received mentorship • The request is made after 7 days of enrollment • The student was removed from the program due to violation of our code of conduct • Batch transfer requests after training has commenced
4. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a batch due to personal or academic reasons, you may request a batch transfer (move to a future batch) at no extra cost, subject to seat availability. Batch transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the batch start date. Batch transfers are allowed once per enrollment.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@cognimab.com with: • Your full name • Registered email and phone number • Payment reference / order ID • Reason for cancellation We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Razorpay) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed net of any applicable transaction charges.
7. Program Cancellation by Cognimab
In the rare event that Cognimab Innovations cancels a batch or program before it begins, enrolled students will receive: • A full refund of the amount paid, OR • A free transfer to the next available batch of equal or greater value We will notify you at least 7 days in advance if a batch is to be cancelled.
8. EMI / Installment Payments
If you enrolled via EMI (installment plan): • Refunds apply only to amounts already paid at the time of the refund request • Future installments will be cancelled upon approval of the refund • Partial refunds for completed installments follow the same eligibility criteria above
