3. What We Are Required to Retain
Certain data may be retained even after an account deletion request, where required by law or legitimate business necessity: • Payment transaction records (required for tax and accounting compliance) • Certificate issuance records (for verification purposes) • Any data required to resolve ongoing disputes or legal obligations Such data will be retained only for the period required by applicable law and will not be used for marketing purposes.

5. Processing Time
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Account deletion will be completed within 30 days of identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is processed.
6. Effect on Active Enrollments
If you have an active enrollment at the time of your deletion request: • Your access to course materials and live sessions will be revoked upon deletion • Refund eligibility will be assessed as per our Refund Policy • No partial refund is guaranteed for deletion requests made mid-program We recommend reviewing our Refund Policy before submitting a deletion request.
7. Reactivation
Once your account and data are deleted, the action cannot be reversed. If you wish to enroll in a program in the future, you will need to register as a new user and submit a fresh enquiry.
